1. No Returns on Customized Designs

All custom-made, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Since these pieces are created specifically based on customer requirements, we are unable to accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

2. 7-Day Replacement Warranty (Website Orders Only)

For products purchased directly from our official website, we offer a 7-day replacement warranty subject to the following conditions:

✔ Replacement is applicable only for manufacturing defects
✔ The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
✔ The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact

Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • Damage due to mishandling, wear, or improper use

  • Size issues for customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Minor colour variations due to screen or lighting differences

  • Stone loss caused by improper handling or external impact

3. Order Verification & Inspection

Once the product is received by us:

  • Our quality assurance team will inspect the item

  • If the issue is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched

  • If the claim is not approved, the same product will be returned to the customer

4. Non-Returnable Categories

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Engraved jewellery pieces

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Products purchased during sale, offer, or discount events

5. Replacement Shipping Policy

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back for inspection

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
